As the Managing Director, Partner and Wealth Advisor in Carson Wealth’s Northern California office, Brad brings more than 25 years of financial services experience to the team. Prior to joining Carson, Brad served as the CEO of Dillon Wealth Management, an independent financial planning firm based in Indiana. Dillon Wealth provided financial planning, estate planning analysis, tax planning and investment management to individuals, nonprofits and small and large business owners.
Brad helps our family and business clients make sound financial decisions. Each decision is driven by a methodical and proven process to help our families succeed, not only financially, but also as they juggle life’s everchanging landscapes. Brad is honored to serve as your partner in success and will be with you every step of the way through your personalized financial journey.
Brad holds his FINRA Series 63 and 65 licenses as well as Life, Health and Variable annuity insurance licenses. Brad began his career in the financial services industry in 1996 after graduating with a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Southern Indiana.
In addition to his work at Carson Wealth, Brad serves on the Board of Directors of the MarinMoca, a nonprofit organization that serves to make art and artistic expression accessible to all members of our communities. Brad previously served as a board member on the Knox County Development Council and is a former Rotarian. Brad enjoys volunteering his time at several nonprofits throughout Sonoma and Marin Counties.
Away from work, Brad enjoys exploring and hiking the beautiful Bay Area with his wife Shannon, daughter Harper and four-legged friends Oliver, Jack, Sandy and Cookie. Brad is an avid wine enthusiast and can be found enjoying all the Sonoma/Napa AVAs have to offer! Brad enjoys golf and cheering on the Bay Area sports teams. Brad and his family reside in Petaluma, California.
